Cano Training Services work with construction trade companies giving support, advice and assistance with all their training needs. We carry out organisation and individual Training Needs Analysis’s moulding our training delivery to the needs of both employer and employee.
With our flexible approach to the training delivery of all our courses being in and out of normal work hours we reduce the impact we have on the Construction Projects that our clients are working on.
In 2017 Cano Training Services became a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO). This means we are recognised by the CITB as well as the British construction industry as a training provider who can deliver outstanding quality training that meets the industry approved standards.
Cano Training Services also work with construction companies in the development and submittal of CITB approved grants. We then ensure the CITB grants are claimed in a timely manner.
There are many different grants available to every construction company and we will make sure each employer gets the most out of the Levy they pay. Grants available are for long/short qualifications, apprenticeships and short duration achievements.
We give apprenticeship advice and support, whilst linking with the CITB and FE Colleges when appropriate.
We have been working with Cano Training Services Ltd since 2002. They have supported us with internal training development whilst assisting us with yearly Training Needs Analysis, CITB Grant approved training plans and CITB grant control. They have helped us qualify our own NVQ assessor who partners with their accredited centre making our operative assessment process continuous. They have also helped develop our trainee and apprentice programme whilst supporting people with disabilities.
They have qualified a high percentage of our operatives at NVQ level two in interior systems, plastering, floor screeding and Supervision and Management at levels, 3,4 and 6. They have also delivered trade support and supervision / management training in the workplace. Their trainers are experienced and work to flexible times suiting our project and client needs.

We have been working with Cano Training Services since 2015. They have supported us to ensure our operatives have the necessary skills and qualifications to provide the highest quality of product to our customers. Cano Training Services have supported, educated and trained our entire installation team to NVQ Level 2 in Fitted Interiors. Their service is professional and our operatives always feel they have the support and guidance needed to achieve their qualification. We will continue to use Cano Training Services excellent service for all our future operative training requirements.

We have been working with Cano Training Services Ltd since 2002 and in that time they have NVQ qualified all of our Supervisors and Managers giving CSCS status to our company. They also support us with training plan development, CITB grant control and have qualified a high percentage of our operatives at NVQ level two. They have also carried out task specific training such as shaftwall fire-wall training, safe use of small power tools & circular saw training and are always available to provide training advice when required.
