Cano Training Services work with Construction Trade Contractors giving initial advice and guidance with their training needs. We carry out Organisation and Individual Training Needs Analysis’s moulding our training delivery to the needs of both employer and employee. Progression paths on completion of our training are also shown.
Initial Advice and Guidance.
This is given to the Employer, Employee and potential Employee. It offers a structured plan matching an organisations training needs. It gives new learners support in career direction and helps unemployed select the best course for them.
Purpose and effective delivery is our aim for all our customer employers and individual learners. Our delivery method is tailored to suit the employers needs and our assessment procedure is designed to suit the learner. This removes previous barriers and leads to better results for all.
